"Oh," May breathed, looking away from Heather and towards the window of the chapel. There was one stained glass window, and other than the books in the library, it was the only thing May had seen that contained more than two colours. "No, I'm not either."

"This place is so depressing." Heather mumbled, rubbing her hands across her eyes for a moment, stifling a yawn whilst she did so. "It really needs some form of entertainment, or y'know colour." Heather felt most sorry for the little kids with shiny bald heads or the ones weeling themselves round in wheelchairs, it wasn't fair. None of this was fair.

May just nodded for a moment, zoning out suddenly. She pulled her hand up to her mouth and yawned before even remembering Heather was still there and had said something. She was just so exhausted that it was hard to pay attention. Itching at her collarbone, May smiled apologetically. "Yeah, maybe we should go on strike or something."

"Maybe before a strike we should try and sleep?" Heather commented, suddenly more tired than she had been a few minutes before, she was always tired though. Having noticed May's yawn, Heather was suddenly curious as to what time it was, looking around the chapel, her eyes tried to find a clock but either she was suddenly blind or it was hidden because Heather could not see one.

May smiled, looking sideways at Heather. "You could try, but there's no point in my attempt." She tilted her head as she looked towards the cross at the front of the chapel. "My meds keep me awake a lot." She explained, keeping her voice low. If you had a mental condition in this hospital, everyone automatically assumed you were crazy. That much she'd learnt in the first week.
